Happiest Month of the Year; December 2013

So for the longest time ever, I'm finally having a holiday; proper.
December has been the most amazing month for me. Although I did not go overseas, it has been a really kind month.

Mr Francis Tan is my first conductor; and he was the one who taught an inspire me to appreciate music. It is his official last year to conduct Rhapsody Night; and so, a very meaningful and special night for all of us.

Geraldine invited Zaki and I to attend her wedding.
It is my first time witnessing a wedding ceremony in a Church; so I was hell excited.
The theme was Sunshine so I wore this sunshine-liked shirt.

The most unexpected was to hear Di Ya sing!
She is so approachable and friendly.

This year, I joined BZZ as part of the CNY Decoration team.
Jon and I painted this and we were so proud of ourselves at the end of the day.
We were like little kids, (maybe it was just me), finding so much joy in painting!

Emmeline and a few of us went to Malaysia. Yes, just Johor, but it was good enough.
We were lost but with her, I still find so much fun in that.

This has got to be one of the most pretty dessert I have eaten; or probably because I was just in extreme good mood.

Thank you lovelies; for all the laughters and good times; thank you happy pills!

I find this way too salty and sweet personally.

Green Tea Soba Set
$18
I love love love this set, every bit! :D

P.S. This is an old post.
Other than Herbivore, this is the only Japanese Restaurant I have been to.
I still prefer Herbivore to Bespoke, but their is still excellent (except to be more cautious of their salt level - same for Herbi!)

And I haven met this group for a long long time.

All of us are heading in different directions; it's as though we were forced to distant because of the different goals and purposes we have in life.

But I think otherwise. To me, we don't have to meet everyday to maintain a good, strong relationship. It's precisely that we do not have much time to meet up that we should then treasure every moment we have for one another.

Yes, I have been thinking a lot about relationship these days - from romance, kinship to friendship. I will probably do a post soon when time permits. But just like what I have shared with my close friends, I need a long break. A break from everything else. I need to go overseas, cut myself off from everything else.

I have always wanted to travel out alone, myself. A journey without a destination, no plans, no agenda, no one to account for. I need to sort out my thoughts. It has been overwhelming, and somehow I know I'm confused deep down.

Dearests, I miss y'all. How have y'all been?

A vintage home store and cafe, selling carefully curated furniture, home decor, fresh home-made baked goods and confectionery.

I paid this lovely cafe a visit with my loves some time back.

We went there after lunch, so I only tried the lemon tart. It was refreshing!
I always adore the feeling that cafe brings upon some form of peace and comfort in me. Furthermore, vintage is a die-hard love.

The ambience was so soothing, I wish I could stay longer. As I grow up, I enjoy places that can slow my life down, slow my pace down. Even if it only last for that moment, it is a form of escapism. I felt that I was out of city in that moment. I felt I was in this cozy little dream-like house, filled with love and pacify from within.

A must go place if you have yet to visit this amazing cafe!

Chrysan & I finally figured why the four of could click almost instantly. We are so different yet alike at the same time.
Anyhow, none of us would deny how much we like photography.
