Good Start; an indication for a good year ahead!

I went back AJC to visit my favourite Band during their open house.
Their performance was splendid; could tell that they enjoyed themselves dearly.
And on top of that, Bryan was so shuai!

They were doing flashmop, again.
Check out their previous flashmop video here, :)

Then I had an awesome steamboat session with my love :)

Maybe we aren't that close yet; but I have a pretty good feeling that this year we will be awesomely close :D YAY!

I love all of them a lot; both AJCSB and LDJDYs :D

RSSB Gathering

This was some time back; but since I have lovely pictures with this awesome batch of friends, why not do a post?

We had our Christmas gathering sometime ago, 26 December 2012?
It was initially just a RSSB (Alumni) Chalet, but we couldn't get any room at all, and hence a gathering, and later open this to the main band too!

Thank You Mr. Francis Tan for all the treats, like as ALWAYS :D
#lovelovelove! ( n.n)

We were playing "I Never" with the alumni outside the function room.
I knew Praveen was a funny guy, but not to that extend.
I was basically laughing to everything he was saying, or rather his every actions!
Izhar laughter was so damn adorable; like contagious!

I felt old when I first interacted with the kids; some were born in year 1998? Oh my :(
We had our gift exchange!
This is our second time having this Christmas Celebration; and kudos to me - I remembered to prepare a gift this year! :D

Prepared a teddy bear and lucky Izhar got that!
In return, I got a lovely gift from Syafiqah.

I love the iPhone cover a lot; thanks pretty :)

On a side note, we had our new committee formed.
Shall not reveal much here; they will introduce themselves on the very first practice.
We are in safe hands, rest assure! :D

HomeTeamNS Sembawang Resort

AJCSB had their annual chalet last Saturday at HomeTeamNS Sembawang Resort.
It's my first time there!

Well, as usual, our chalet are planned really last minute and all the downtown chalets are fully booked by then.

Lucky for us, Chao Xiang managed to book a room for one night.
This Resort is only open to HomeTeamNS, SAFRA, Social,JOM & PAssion card members.

It is rather small room that can barely fit one batch in.
I felt really bad then when we had to prank Chao Xiang and pretend to be angry.
It was his birthday after midnight that day.

My heart literally crushed when he came forward and apologised. Damn, 超心痛的!
The alumni are really sorry we made you feel this bad :( We were following instructions, just so the surprise after will be really pleasant.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY CHAO XIANG!
I hope you like whatever surprised they gave you after and really had a good time then; May the year ahead be a better one for you and enjoy your stay in AJCSB! :D

I was really grateful that the T.V. wasn't the ancient black-and-white one. LOL

Not too a bad chalet I would say.
Albeit the facilities are really run-down, the prices they offered are rather reasonable.
You can check out their prices here at their website: http://www.hometeamns.sg/index.cfm?GPID=46

Moreover, it's located in Sembawang, a few stops away from the Sembawang MRT Station.
For those who stay away from downtown area, and detest travelling, this would be a wiser choice for a lovely gathering. :)

We went over to Jimm’s Pub & Karaoke Lounge for a drink.

Mission accomplished!
For some reason, I hate drinking beer. In fact, any alcohol drinks. I just dislike the taste, I can't appreciate the taste no matter what brands or flavour it offers.

#Epicfail.

JunYao wanted to sing Karaoke, we all agreed to. Yet, we almost died before making our way there successfully.
There are just too many smokers there; none of us could bare that smell. Yucks.

Yes, you got it right. I HATE smokers, and I HATE drinkers.
Well, occasionally a little alcohol is fine. But if you were to drink till you are drunk, that's just to much.
Please treasure your life and take good care of yourself please. Love life ya!

It has been centuries since the batch came together.
I'm still missing out on Wen Quan, Jyh Harng, Serene, Brian and Yang Chin though :(

YAY! :D
But where's Hui Min and Huan Ran?! Haiyo!

Power 5; uh pretend the tall pipe behind is Brian ya!
[Aaron, Jia Min, Me, Jun Yao]

I had a good time with them, my dearests. Enjoyed their company so dearly.
Although we didn't meet for so long, I'm so glad that awkwardness isn't there. :D

Boon Chang introduced this "seven" game to us. It was rather silly, yet we had so much laughters; so many kissings going on.
I think Chang Zuo enjoyed himself the most then! HAHAHA.

Bamboo Salt - A cure for rashes and itchiness

For all that you know, I have always had rashes - heat rashes.
It affected me quite badly, especially the one that hit me recently.
I consulted doctors and tried many medications and prescriptions, but it just wouldn't go away.

So recently, finally my savior came.
Introducing Bamboo Salt!

Well, we all know that salt actually do help to kill bacteria and germs.
Moreover, bamboo salt is a premium product.
It MAY be a little costly to some (this small bottle cost close to a $20), but it definitely work quite well for me.

It is a natural medication too.
When applied to affected area, it may be rather hot.
Bear with it, that "hot" pain will go away after some time.

Give it a try; I have used it for the past two days and it's working good! :D
YAYness for me like FINALLY.

Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

Once upon a time, I affirmed with my everything that I would do all to make you regret.
They say things that don’t kill you would definitely make you stronger.
Indeed. I thought that that would kill me, that you would kill me.

Then I realized, I was wrong.
To forgive but not to forget - things happened and we couldn’t undo them.
I know I may seem as a loser on the surface, ranting on the same damn old thing that wont change a thing. Freak. Loser. It’s just hard for this, to me.

Give time time, it would get better one day.
We know. It’s just hard now.
Nickie, I’m feeling a little bad now. In fact, horrible.
A game that I took part in unknowingly, and he won.

Please let this gives me strength instead.
I have faced the worst, I just need to overcome this hurdle that’s bothering and affecting me this badly.
I will become better, wiser, and happier.

Give me reminders. I don’t want things like this to destroy me.

“Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.”
I need to find that peace, within me, more than anything else.

HAPPY 2013! :D

Make a radical change in your lifestyle and begin to boldly do things which you may previously never have thought of doing, or been too hesitant to attempt.
So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future.
The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Year 2013, a bold year it shall be; a year where my dreams will be drawn closer to me.
Year 2013, a loving year it shall be; a year where I forge stronger ties with my love.
Year 2013, a bless year it shall be; a year where all my love have good health and are happy on most of their days.

Year 2012 has been great with all my love:)

It was pouring like no tomorrow before countdown yesterday since noon.
I was pretty worried that it might affect the performances and fireworks.

I was wrong. The rain was trying its best to wash away all unhappiness of year 2012 :)
Just before countdown, it stopped.
Clear sky, we were all ready to welcome a brand new year.

Year 2013, a good year it shall be. :)
